60 year-old "Skis for University" after 43 years

I loved Gothics Lodge - the staff were fantastic and I feel I made some real friends, even though I intellectually know they have to "do" this every week.

I skied in bottomless powder that I haven't skied before. I skied in ways that I've never skied before; I discovered technique that I never knew I had; and I skied like a Uni student all over again - but better, thanks to modern equipment. I laughed and whooped like a kid as I bounced, carved and snaked through my treasured Heli terrain.

It was a true Bucket List experience.

Thank you for giving me back my youth, even if only for a week.

First time with CMH, but not the last.

Where do I start. The CMH operation is finely tuned and first class in every aspect. All of the lodge staff, without exception, are friendly, professional and will do (virtually) anything for you.

The Gothics Lodge sits beautifully in its mountain surroundings and is everything a private mountain lodge should be, from the open fire place to the outdoor hot-tub, to the bedrooms, to the dining area, to the dining itself (wow - it's impossible to go hungry).

I have flown in several helicopters, including with ex-Vietnam veteran pilots. The CMH pilots are exceptional....and affable too....as are the CMH guides - exceptional is the just the beginning. These guys know their stuff and put safety first, with an exciting ski experience only just behind.

In terms of heli-ski operations, CMH is great value for money. I would return to a CMH lodge in the blink of an eye....hopefully that proves to be very soon.

What an experience....and I have skied all over the world....
